Federal Fair Housing Act
The Fair Housing Act, enacted in 1968 and amended in 1988, prohibits discrimination in the sale, rental, and financing of dwellings based on race, color, religion, sex, familial status, national origin, and disability.
Ohio Civil Rights Act (ORC 4112)
Ohio state law extends additional protections including ancestry and age (40 and over). Sean Stewart adheres to all provisions of the Ohio Civil Rights Act in every transaction.
